About the company

YoungCapital NEXT is the sublabel of YoungCapital which offers (temporary) jobs and traineeships in 2 different specialties (i.e. IT and Finance). During the traineeship, the trainee works fulltime at your company combined with professional training and a personal leadership programme. Our trainees will be intensively guided by personal coaches during their traineeship. YC NEXT ́s recruitment process is based on ‘We hire character, we train skills’. After all, we believe that the trainee ́s personality, intrinsic motivation and energy determines if they ́ll be succesful employees.
